• Booking details: Data required for managing the stay should the user interact with the Smartness widget.

3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

The data are processed for the following purposes:

1. Respond to contact requests Legal basis: For the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
2. Reservation management Interaction with the Booking Engine Cleverness It is aimed at the conclusion of the accommodation contract. Legal basis: Performance of contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
3. Maintenance and Safety Monitoring the correct functioning of the website. Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. DATA RECIPIENTS AND TRANSFER

Personal data will not be disseminated, but may be communicated to:

• Hostinger Hosting service provider, whose servers are located in France (EU), guaranteeing a level of protection compliant with GDPR.
• Cleverness Booking engine provider.
• Google Ireland Ltd: For Google Fonts and Google Maps services (see Cookie Policy for non-EU transfers).

5. RETENTION PERIOD

Contact form data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to manage the user's request (maximum 12 months if no contract follows). Tax data relating to bookings will be retained for 10 years as required by law.
